  • We currently do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and delivered.

  • Exceptions may be considered only in rare cases where:

    • The wrong product was delivered.

    • The product is received in a clearly damaged condition.

In such cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at grabifystore01@gmail.com with your order details and photos. Our team will review the issue and assist you accordingly.
